HealthMaster Recipe: Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche


Ingredients (Pie Crust)
 Cup and a half of whole wheat flour
Cup and a half of white flour
One cup of butter
Quarter of a cup of water
Teaspoon of salt

Add flour and butter to your HealthMaster. Next add the cold butter. Make sure you secure your lid, and press the on button. Set your speed to 1, and start pulsing repeatedly while using the tamper stick through the top of the lid. Next add water and salt. Now keep pulsing repeatedly while using the tamper again until dough is fully mixed. Dust rolling surface with flour for the dough before emptying the dough out onto the counter, so that it does not stick. Do the same to the rolling pin that your using. Remove the dough from the HealthMaster and dust it with a bit of flour so that it keeps a good consistency and does not fall apart. Now with the rolling pin roll the dough into a circle that is about 12 inches in diameter. For easier transfer of the dough onto your baking dish roll the dough over the rolling pin gently, and roll it onto your dish using the rolling pin. Press the dough so that there is no cracks or holes, and make sure to flute, or crimp the edges (like a pie).


Ingredients (Filling)
Half bunch of broccoli
5 eggs
2 cups of milk
cup of cheddar cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
cayenne pepper and onion powder (optional)

Add all of the above ingredients into the HealthMaster and secure the lid. Press the on button and pulse until the broccoli is all in chunks. Now pour the quiche batter into the pie crust. Stick quiche in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. There you have it! Great and healthy quiche using all natural ingredients and it is very tasty!

HealthMaster Recipe: Ham and Cheddar Omelette


Ingredients
4 fresh egg whites
2 whole eggs and a quarter cup of water
2 scallions
4 ounce chunk of ham
4 ounce chunk of cheddar cheese
add sea salt and pepper to taste (this can be done afterwards)

Add all of the above ingredients into your HealthMaster. Make sure you secure the lid. Turn on the machine, and increase the speed to 4. Now press the pulse button repeatedly until it looks like it has blended enough. Make sure not to over blend, unless thats how you like your omelette. Now go get a skillet and spray it with a non-stick spray like Pam. After you have prepared the skillet pour the omelette into it, and cook it with a medium heat. When you are done with cooking the ham omelette, slide the omelette from the skillet on to a plate that is garnished with some fresh fruits! This is a great and healthy way to start your day!

HealthMaster Recipes: Puréed Peas or Baby Food


Ingredients
2 cups of steamed fresh or frozen peas
half cup of the remaining water from steaming (or just water for frozen peas)


First thing you need to do is add all of the above ingredients into the HealthMaster food emulsifier. Next important step is to make sure the lid is secured and closed. Now press the on button and then press the run button. Increase the speed to 6 until well blended. Make sure the peas are well pureed for babies. Here is a tip if you are interested fill up an ice tray with the result and freeze it for storing the baby food. These peas are loaded with vitamins and minerals to keep your baby healthy!

HealthMaster Recipe: Healthy Cheese Sauce


Ingredients
1/3 cup of hot skim milk
1 small peeled garlic clove
two tablespoons of fat free cream cheese
1 tablespoon and a half of melted butter
half cup of grated Parmesan or Romano cheese (depending what you like)

Make sure your lid to the HealthMaster is secured. Press the on button, and set the timer to 5 minutes. Then hit the run button and increase the speed to 8 until blended. Now leave the HealthMaster working for the remaining 5 minutes. You should now have some creamy warm cheese sauce that is great for fettuccine alfredo. This is a great way to have a classic meal, in a very healthy way. When you are finished pouring the cheese sauce on your noodles, make sure to add pepper on top....YUM!

HealthMaster Recipe: Homemade Apple Sauce


Ingredients
4 apples of any type washed and cored
3rd of a cup of agave syrup
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Add all of the ingredients into your HealthMaster, secure the lid, then press the on button. Now push the run button, and increase the speed to 5 while it is running. Make sure you use the masher attachment so that you can make sure you get those apples fully emulsified to how thick you like it. Some people enjoy their home made apple sauce to be a more chunky consistency, while others really love their apple sauce to be more emulsified and more smooth in texture. However you choose, I am sure you will love your apple sauce, and its made in minutes!

Easy To Make Egg Salad Recipe with the Health Master


Ingredients
Quarter of peeled onion
Quarter cup of fat free mayonnaise
Two teaspoons of mustard
Four peeled hard boiled eggs
Half teaspoon of paprika
Half teaspoon of sea salt

After adding all of the ingredients of the egg salad into your Health Master, be sure to secure the lid, and set the speed to 4. Hit the pulse button 3 times. Once the egg salad is at your desired consistency it is ready to be served, or put on a sandwich. I love egg salad sandwiches. The best way I think to have them, is with a  cut of romaine lettuce, and a slice of tomato. To be extra healthy make sure to use wheat bread. This seems to keep you full for longer. The tomato is good for adding a good source of vitamin C, and the lettuce is good for vitamin B. I hope you have enjoyed this recipe I know I do!

French Dressing Recipe


Ingredients
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 Teaspoons of Dijon mustard or to taste

Use a small bowl to whisk together the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the oil slowly while your whisking the mixture at the same time. Next step is to add the mixture, and the mustard into your Health Master and it should blend together wonderfully rather quickly. This is a great dressing for any type of salad, or even to eat with carrots. Happy cooking!

How to make Basil Vinaigrette


Ingredients:

1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/4 cup opal basil vinegar or tarragon vinegar
2/3 cup basil olive oil or other olive oil
1 cup of loosely packed basil leaves, rinsed and dry.

Place the garlic, vinegar, and mustard into your Health Master, and add salt to taste. Next is to add the oil and the basil and blend the mixture until it is fully emulsified. This Vinaigrette is great with tomatoes, or your favorite seafood. It is very easy to make and one of my favorite things to do with my Health Master. Don't be afraid to experiment!

Ginger Ale Health Master Recipe


Ingredients

1/2 cup of seltzer
1/2 inch piece ginger, peeled
1 lime
1/2 lemon
3 tbsp. honey
1 cup ice

Add all above ingredients into your Health Master blender. Make sure the Lid is secure. Turn the speed to 1, and turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 until it is blended together. Serve with an orange slice for even more flavor. This recipe is really fun to experiment with and you can make your own healthy and great tasting sodas with the Health Master food emulsifier!

Roasted Pear Squash Soup Health Master Recipe


Ingredients

3 pears, cored and roasted
1 large butternut squash, roasted
1 tsp. cardamom
2 tsp. organic sugar
1 cup vegetable stock

Add all of your ingredients into your Health Master emulsifier. Make sure to secure the lid, and turn the speed to the first setting. Turn on your Health Master, and increase the speed to 8 for 8 minutes. Then it should be hot enough to serve. This is a quick healthy and great tasting soup that is so easy to make your kids can do it when they get home from school. Fondue Italiano Recipe for Health Master


Ingredients

3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup hot water to rehydrate
5 ripe plum tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 sprig fresh oregano
1 cup water
1 lemon, juiced
2 garlic cloves, peeled
4 basil leaves
8 oz. Provolone, cubed
10 oz. Mozzarella, cubed
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

First place your sun dried tomatoes into the Health Master, then add 1 cup hot water. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then you want to add additional ingredients to pitcher. Make sure the lid is secure, and turn the speed to 1. Turn on your Health Master, and increase speed up to 8 until mixture is creamy and warm. Pour all of the mixture into your fondue pot. Its best served with Focaccia or Italian bread. I have always loved Fondue, and I am glad to share this recipe with you. Happy Blending!

Pineapple Wheatgrass Sorbet Recipe for Health Master


Ingredients

2 cups pineapple
3 cups ice
1/3 cup simple syrup
3 ounces fresh wheat grass juice

Add all ingredients inside the Health Master and secure the lid. First turn the speed control to 1, and turn the power on. Increase the speed until you are at 8 or until fully blended together. To prevent from melting make sure you don't over blend. This is a great tasting sorbet that all of your family can enjoy. You can't even taste the wheat grass. The Health Master system is truly amazing.

Montel Williams on the television show "The Doctors"



I love the show "The Doctors" this is where i first learned about the electronic cigarette that just might save my life. Anyways Montel made an appearance and shows a family how to eat healthy, and show them that what they are currently eating, even though they thought it was healthy, is not health at all. Watch this family's response, and notice there children that now eat fruits and vegetables!

Montel Williams came on the Rachel Ray Show so that he could show everyone how to make his Green Smoothie, with the Living Well My Health Master!
